CEREMONIAL CACAO SPIRITUAL CONNECTION

Ingredients
25 – 35grams of Cacao Culcha ceremonial grade cacao
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of coconut sugar
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
A drizzle of honey
1 drop of frankincense essential oil


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
2. Pour the cacao into a special cup
3. Throughout the whole process remembering to set good and loving intentions.
4. Frankincense has natural healing properties on its own and is known to enhance the mood and combat stress and anxiety. It is believed that, in spiritual practices, the scent of Frankincense strengthens both intuition and a spiritual connection, combined with cacao you are getting a double dose, not for the faint hearted.

CACAO CULCHA BOMBS

Ingredients
1/2 cup nut butter of choice or coconut butter
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
stevia to taste, or 1 tbsp organic coconut sugar
optional add a pinch of salt


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Stir all ingredients together until smooth.  If too dry (depending on nut butter used)
2. Add additional coconut oil if needed
3. Pour into a small container, ice cube trays, candy molds, or a silicon mini cup tray.
4. Freeze to set. Because coconut oil softens when warm, it’s best to store these in the freezer.

CACAO ENERGY BLISS BALLS

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup raw walnuts
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons of Cacao Culcha ceremonial cacao powder
1/4 to 1/2 tablespoon of salt
3/4 cup Medjool dates, chopped
1 to 2 tablespoons of water


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put the almonds, walnuts, oats, cacao, and salt in a food processor. Pulse until the nuts break down and combine with the other ingredients. The meal should be fine but retain some texture.
2. Add the dates and a tablespoon of water and run the food processor until the mixture becomes thick and sticky. You should be able to squeeze a bit of the mixture between your fingers. If it’s too loose and crumbly, add another tablespoon of water and process until everything comes together.
3. Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper. Scoop pieces of the mixture and roll it into balls between your palms, slightly smaller than the size of a golf ball. Line them up on the baking sheet and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour, overnight if possible. Store the raw cacao energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

CACAO BREAKFAST SMOOTHY

Ingredients
 1 cup purified water
1 small frozen banana (2 small frozen halves)
 2 tablespoons of ceremonial grade cacao
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Sprinkle of cinnamon

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
